What is the recommended lead time for reservations?

To ensure that your preferred date is available, we recommend making your booking as early as possible. You may inquire about availability and hold a party house reservation for a short period of one week, giving you time to discuss and organize any last-minute details before finalizing the booking and securing the date. This will help to avoid any disappointment and ensure a smooth and stress-free party planning process.

What space requirements are necessary for the event?

To ensure the safe delivery and setup of your inflatable tent, it's important to have at least 1 meter of clearance along the access path, and a minimum of 7 by 7 meters of clear space. Please consider any potential obstructions along the path, such as air-conditioning units or water heaters, and inform us of any stairs or challenging access points in advance, as most inflatables weigh between 100 and 200 kilograms. Safety and efficiency are our top priorities during the setup process, so we appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary space and clear access for our team to deliver and set up the inflatable tent.

Is a deposit required to secure a booking?

In order to secure your booking, we require a refundable deposit of $150. Please note that we cannot reserve the inflatables for your event until the deposit has been paid. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to providing you with a memorable experience.

Are there any additional or undisclosed fees?

All of our inflatable pop-up party booking prices include local delivery, setup, pack up, and all necessary equipment. However, there may be additional costs incurred if the inflatable(s) require a generator at a rate of $250 per inflatable or if supervision is necessary at a rate of $60 per hour for one supervisor or $90 per hour for two supervisors. Rest assured that we strive to be transparent with our pricing to ensure that there are no surprises on your bill and that your party planning process goes as smoothly as possible.

What can I expect on the day of the party?

On party day, our operator will arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time to set up the inflatable house and brief you on safety guidelines. You can then enjoy the party without any worries. After the scheduled hire period, our operator will promptly collect and pack up the inflatable house.

What is the estimated setup duration?

Setting up and removing the Inflatable House is a speedy process, generally taking only about 45 minutes in total. Please note that times may vary depending on the Inflatable House you select, as well as the access to the premises and the location where the Inflatable House will be set up. Our team will make every effort to arrive at least one hour before your scheduled start time, to ensure sufficient time for setup. We understand that you want your event to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible, and we are committed to making that happen.
