Refundable Security & Booking Deposit

Our Refundable Security & Booking Deposit is an upfront payment required at the time of booking. This deposit is designed to ensure the safeguarding of our products throughout the rental period.

This deposit is not included in any of our AfterPay packages and must be paid in addition to the package price. Its primary purpose is to cover potential damages that may occur during the hire period.

By paying the Refundable Security & Booking Deposit, customers agree to treat the rented products with care and respect, enabling us to continue offering high-quality goods for future rentals.

Provided there are no damages, the deposit will be fully returned at the end of the hire term. However, we also offer the option for clients to convert this deposit into a tip for our hardworking staff. This is entirely optional and at the discretion of the client.
